Scanmar 35 is an attractive yacht from Scanmar. Swedish-made yacht is very well-maintained and clean. The boat had only three owners. The yacht has sailed in European waters and to the Caribbean with the present owner.
She benefits from heating, hot water, navigation equipment, Hydrovane steering and wind generator.

Construction
GRP hull and Sandwich decking with fin keel and counter balanced skeg hung rudder.
Deep self draining centre cockpit, with good visibility from the helm wheel steering position. Seating for full crew. Large cockpit locker.
Seating teak overlays and teak grating in the sole. In port, a cockpit table and cushions can be fitted for outdoor dining. Bimini sunshade.
Deck moulding incorporates a non slip finish on horizontal surfaces and coachrooftops.
Excellent fold down ladder for boarding and man overboard recovery.

Accommodation
The bright main saloon is finished in satin varnished solid mahogany panel, which is in excellent condition. The Scanmar 35 has a very high headroom, with 198 cm in the main saloon.
Large table provide seating for 6/7 persons. Teak/holly cabin sole. The dinette can be converted into a large double berth while to starboard there is a single settee berth.
Lee cloths have been fitted for ocean passages.
Galley to port side is equipped with a gimbaled Optimus two burner and oven gimballed cooker, twin sinks, pressurised hot and cold water with mixer tap, water-cooled fridge and lots of storage space.
Navigation station to starboard with chart table and instruments.
Aft of the chart table the heads with WC, shower, wash basin, and drying chamber for wet gear.
Fore cabin with double berth, hanging locker and other storage cupboards.

The double berth has been extended to provide a full double.

Owners Comment
We have vast amounts of spares for just about everything, as we were prepared for being quite self sufficient for a year. We'll aim to document that.
We also have charts and pilots for everywhere we went along the Atlantic coast of Europe, Canaries and the Caribbean which we could sell separately (Not updated/corrected since 2002). I expect a lot of this is electronic now,
