Prices and conditions

Buy back after 10 years: After 10 years, you have the option to buy back your share at the purchase price plus an additional 5%.

Optional sale after 5 years: You have the option to sell your share of the Yacht after 5 years, and the society will be obliged to buy it back if you decide to do so.

How Long Can I Sail?
5 weeks a year: Enjoy 5 weeks holiday a year, 2 in the Balearic Islands and 3 in the Canary Islands, totalling 35 days sailing.

Flexible options if you can't sail: If you can't sail, you can sell or give away your days, or let the society sell them for you.

Rental options: Rent your weeks directly or through the society. Rental income will be paid after commissions are deducted.

Flexibility of dates: You can request date changes in advance, subject to availability.

Additional Destinations to the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands

Every year we plan in advance new destinations such as Seville (Feria de Abril), Marbella, the Côte d'Azur, Corsica, Sardinia, Amalfi Coast, Sicily, Greece, Montenegro, Croatia and Malta.

The company will manage all aspects of the yacht for up to 4 co-owners, including route planning, port bookings, local dining, water toy hire and any other experiences they wish to enjoy on board.
