IPS-powered are its main charms. This ST45 Cruiser has a hull designed specifically for its two Volvo IPS 500 units. The performance of the ST45-IPS combination is excellent. Anchoring manoeuvring has been solved with a 1000W vertical windlass on deck and with the access cover to the starboard chain well. The side passageways have a good passage width thanks to their 32 centimetres and 7.5 centimetres of outside freeboard. For our days in the sun, there is a large lounging area at the bow which can be covered with a cushioned sundeck that is supplied as standard. In the cockpit and on both sides of the flybridge structure, there are vertical and counter-moulded cockpit wells. The flybridge ladder is stainless steel and hinged, and is attached to the engine access cover. The backrests of the pilot and co-pilot seats are reversible to face the dinette area. There is ample stowage space under the transverse cockpit seat. It looks good on the outside, and inside, too. Entering the saloon, we discover a seat on the starboard side in front of a small table that can be converted into a bed in the future. On the other side, the galley is equipped with a microwave oven, stainless steel single-basin sink and ceramic hobs. The 110-litre refrigerator is located aft of the galley. At the bow of the galley, there is a dining area with double seating for four people and a fixed table.
